Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage is an ancient and powerful therapy using acupressure on the energy channels and reflex points on the soles of the feet and the lower legs as well as releasing  foot and ankle stretches and manipulation.  Thai Foot massage differs from other forms of foot massage in that it focuses a great deal on stimulating healthy energy flow in the body, and also in the use of a specially shaped stick to stimulate reflex points. A treatment is typically 45 mins to 1 hour and training is completed in two days.

Seated Thai Massage

Seated Thai Massage is traditional Thai acupressure and stretching on the head, neck, arms, shoulders and back. This can be done on a floor mat or stool. Treatments are up to an hour in length and Seated Thai Massage Training can be completed in  a day.

Thai Massage Level 1

Level 1 movements include a unique combination of stretches, twists and joint manipulations on the legs, hips, arms, hands and feet. Work on the SEN flow of the body and specific pressure points is extremely beneficial for clearing energy, assisting pain relief and promoting flexibility. A full Thai Massage treatment can be 1 to 3 hours in length and Level 1 training is typically 4-6  days plus exams and case studies.

Thai Massage Level 2

Level 2 movements include deep stretches on the back and in the side posture. Twists and stretches help to massage and detox the internal organs while acupressure and intense body work on the torso help to relieve chronic pain and inflexibility.  Work on the energy system can help to reduce persistent ailments and promote longevity. A full Thai Massage treatment can be 1 to 3 hours in length and Level 2 training is typically 4-6  days plus exams and case studies.
